How to request a cancellation
- Email info@iHavora.shop with “Order cancellation” and your order number in the subject line.
- Include the email address used at checkout and tell us whether you want to cancel the whole order or specific items.
- We will check the order’s status and confirm whether the cancellation can be completed.
A request does not automatically cancel an order. If it has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery; you can request a return under our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds and address changes
For a successfully cancelled paid order, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display it. Address changes are subject to the order’s dispatch status.
